What am I playing at present?

Currently I am playing Burnout Paradise, Guitar Hero 3 , and just got done playing Lego Starwars II (The Original Trilogy) on my Xbox 360.

My fiance bought me Guitar Hero 3 my birthday a few weeks ago. She made such a good decision because I’ve played it quite a bit. It’s a great party game too. There’s not much to focus on and it’s really easy to set up a quick play game. Even people who have never played it before can easily pick it up and after a song or two are getting pretty good. Also, I think the songs are a great mix of hits that suit everyone from classic rock fans to metal heads (I fall more in this category).

I bought Burnout Paradise just after it came out and wow was I ever impressed. I’m extremely enjoy the new graphics and map concept. It took me a while to get used to it but once I figured out the map and drove around a bit I realized how fun it was. Another good point is that you can repair your car during events. If you are doing a Marked Man or Road Rage you can just drive through a repair shot and in just a second you are as good as new. It’s a great game. I’ll post more on this later.

Finally, I just finished playing Lego Starwars II (The Original Trilogy). This is also a great game. I know it’s geared towards the younger gamers but it’s still a blast, even for someone like me who is not much of a Starwars fan. The reason I like this game is that it’s really easy to play. There’s no complicated procedure to aim your weapon, the levels are easy to find your way through and the characters are quite easy to control.
